We all want to make changes in our lives. We want to be more confident, happy and creative and let go of insecure, fearful and depressed states of mind. The practice of meditation, combined with Buddha’s insights on the workings of the mind, enables us to let go of our self-limiting views and gives us the confidence and skill to make lasting positive changes. Kadam Bridget will explain practical methods through which we can joyfully bring about real transformation swiftly and effectively.
Kadam Bridget is the UK National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition, she has been practicing under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years and has taught extensively in the UK and Europe.She is known for her powerful teachings, compassion, and deep understanding.
