Simple methods to develop a peaceful, positive mind, filled with the causes of happiness.  We can practise these methods throughout our daily activities and during formal meditation.

Requested donation: £6 (£4 concessions) No one turned away for lack of funds.

Meditations on inner peace and loving-kindness; simple Buddhist prayers dedicated for world peace.
