Resident Teacher
Our Resident Teacher at Akanishta KBC is Kelsang Rinchen. A Buddhist monk and dedicated student of Geshe Kelsang, he has been practising Kadampa Buddhism for many years.
Rinchen teaches the General Programme classes at the Centre ( Monday night and Thursday lunchtime ), Tewkesbury and the University of Gloucestershire ; as well as Akanishta Centre’s Foundation Programme on Sundays.
He also teaches regular day courses and workshops at Akanishta Centre.
