Local Meditation Classes

These introductory meditation classes are suitable for everyone regardless of background or previous experience. They are designed to give a broad introduction to Buddhist meditation, ideas, and practice.
The classes combine guided meditations with practical spiritual advice that you can immediately apply as a method for solving the stress and problems in your life.
The classes are organized as short courses, usually about 5 weeks long. You are welcome to attend the whole course, or just come along occasionally if you prefer. The classes are easy to follow and do not need prior knowledge or experience.
There is no need to book in advance and you can start with any class.
