Universal Compassion is a commentary on the 12th-century text Training the Mind in Seven Points, written by Bodhisattva Geshe Chekhawa (1102–1176). In this course, you will explore reliable methods to release stress, anxiety, and negative thoughts. What if the way we’ve been approaching our problems is the very root of our suffering? Through this course, you will learn how to cultivate a stronger, more relaxed, and flexible mind, and how to grow in the face of adversity.
What to Expect: This course will offer practical advice, guided meditations, and time for personal reflection and questions. It will all take place in the peaceful and supportive environment of the Akanishta Centre, conveniently located with ample parking and nearby public transport.
No prior experience is necessary—everyone is welcome.
