Rooted in Buddhist practice and guided meditations, fostering inner peace and self-awareness, everyone can benefit from stepping into meditation.

Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, this class offers a welcoming space to unwind, cultivate stillness, and reconnect with the peaceful minds of Patience and Love, free from the painful minds of Anger. No prior experience required—just an open heart and a desire to unplug from the stresses of the week.

Gen Öpel is an experienced meditator and teacher and well known and appreciated for her practical explanations and ability to help others connect to  profound topics in a personal and empowering way.
