Guided Meditation Retreats

Guided retreats are suitable for everyone. It is not necessary to have previous experience to attend. Please feel free to arrive from 9am to enjoy refreshments. There is free parking available at the back of the centre. The suggested contribution for day events are £14 or £10 concessions. These short retreat days 9.30am to 2.30pm are an ideal opportunity to learn about meditation and retreat.

In this day retreat you will learn three simple guided meditations which help to develop greater peace of mind and happiness by improving our relationships with others. The first is a meditation on cherishing love – thinking others are important and their happiness matters. The second is a practical meditation on compassion and the third is a practical meditation on wishing love, the heartfelt wish to give happiness to others. All these meditations can be practiced by anyone and used in daily life. No previous experience is necessary.
