Each week we offer several different classes, of which most are drop-in and perfect for all levels of practitioner. A simple guided meditation is a great way to begin if you’re looking to ease in to learning meditation or just visit the centre for the first time. These are offered several times a week.
General Programmes classes (GPs) are drop-in meditation classes that are offered at the main centre in Cheltenham and at our branch venues around Gloucestershire as well as our prayers for world peace class which is a free class to gather everyone together to focus on world peace.
Our Weekend events include Saturday morning courses, retreats and in-depth retreats.
For those wishing to go deeper, we offer the Foundation Programme. This study programme requires pre-enrolment and has an element of commitment.
