Anger is like fire in our mind, it harms both yourself and others. Over four weeks discover other ways of responding to the challenges we all have in daily life and other people! To do this we need to take a direct look at why we get angry and the faults of this mind, and decide to respond to problems with a calm, peaceful and strong mind, which is patience.
Join with Gen Opel for another opportunity to deepen your daily meditation practice and discover practical and long lasting positive responses to when things go wrong in our life

Paolo

Max

“I cannot find the same clarity when meditating anywhere else, whether it be at home or with an online zoom group. There’s something special about the whole class setup. The meditation room, the people and the teacher all help to generate an atmosphere that really helps me meditate better than I have ever been able to do on my own.”
