Everyone needs to learn how to develop a more peaceful mind. Helping the centre in this way throughout the year, even when the centre has reduced activity, enables us to plan with more confidence for the centre’s growth and development. Its running costs and future events.
Becoming a supporting member is the most economical way to enjoy all our classes, courses and retreats. You can come along as often as you wish and quickly develop your experience.
Your contribution also directly helps us to run classes and events in the wider area and connect with local people and enables us to continue our work in bringing kadam dharma, peace of mind and benefit to people.

Akanishta KBC is a registered charity (Registered Charity Number: 1125213) run by volunteers and dedicated students. Everything we do aims to promote world peace and lasting inner peace for all. We are a non-profit organisation and any surplus goes directly back into the running of the centre and it’s development. Your membership contribution therefore helps to spread meditation and Buddhism in the world. At the same time, you receive support and guidance in your own inner development and become part of a growing community of like-minded people.

How do I set it up?
It’s a direct debit that can be setup with the account details or by completing the form on the website. Then you will receive a membership card and confirmation email.
What’s not included?
With a standard membership, Special events are not included
Do I need to register for courses if I am a member?
If you think a course is going to be popular it’s a good idea to book through website to guarantee your space on the course - no payment required.
