New Term of Classes, The Essentials of Buddhist Meditation
Classes in Cheltenham, Stroud and Cirencester start week beginning 13th March
The current term of classes finish week of 27th February. People are welcome to start attending up to the last week, everybody is welcome.
These introductory meditation classes are suitable for everyone regardless of background or previous experience. They are designed to give a broad introduction to Buddhist meditation, ideas and practice.
The classes combine guided meditations with practical spiritual advice that you can immediately apply as a method for solving the stress and problems in your life.
You are welcome to attend the whole course, or just come along occasionally although most benefit is gained from regular attendance. The classes are easy to follow and do not need prior knowledge or experience. There is no need to book in advance and you can start with any class.
