Please be aware that in line with current government guidance face coverings are required by law to be worn public indoor settings from 8th August and therefore will be needed for attendance to the class. Viewing the class via Zoom and on recorded videos on our website are also available. If you have any question please feel free to contact the centre.

To book your online meditation class through the PayPal buttons above. After booking, you will be emailed a link to the Zoom Meeting. You will also be emailed passcodes that will take you directly to online classes available throughout the week.

Please see our members page for gaining regular access to classes through becoming a centre cardmember. These contributions are deeply appreciated and are essential for the continued running of the centre. Please also contact the centre if you wish to access online classes and feel unable to make contributions in these times of increased financial constraint. Everyone is welcome to enjoy and benefit from these classes.

We will be following government guidance with the following;

  • Encouraging people to book in advance or set up a centre card to manage cash transition. Contactless payments will be available at the centre. A limit may be placed on booking depending on numbers attending.
  • Providing hand sanitiser for people entering and leaving the centre.
  • Encouraging those attending to adhere to social distancing and providing floor marking and signage for this.
  • Providing a one-way flow system into and out of the premises.
  • Providing a separate video link in the lounge to limit numbers the meditation room when necessary.
  • Current government guidance requires people to wear face coverings to attend.
